Michelle Kofman will host a free yoga try-out class at the Womanhood studio. The class will focus on increasing balance, flexibility, strength and joint range of motion. Besides, it will help you to become more peaceful and relaxed by calming the mind.
The class is suitable for all levels and ends with a period of deep relaxation, which is known as “Savasana”. So whether you are completely new to yoga or have been practicing for years, please come join Michelle and find out more about yoga at the Womanhood studio! After the class we will serve a delicious cup of tea.

About Michelle: Michelle is a certified yoga instructor registered with Yoga Alliance. She was born and raised in The Netherlands and studied International Business. After working for a consultancy firm for several years she decided to leave the office and followed her passion for movement and awareness by becoming a professional yoga instructor and coach.
