Breastfeeding is the most natural thing in the world and gives your baby the best possible start in life. It protects a baby from illness most evident during the first 6 months of life, but remains effective as long as the child is feeding and beyond. It is however a learning process and requires time, patience and knowledge.

anatomy of the breast, the beginning of milk production, breastfeeding support and different positions (also Biological Nurturing), how to detect tongue and lip ties, and care for your breasts. Also obstacles that take away the joy of breast feeding will be discussed.
