During this workshop you can expect to experience what mindfulness is, gain insights into what are the causes and effects of stress in your life and how to relate to stressors in a more supportive way. The paradox is you do not need to force yourself to feel relaxed when you’re not. By meeting yourself exactly the way you are at any moment – physically, mentally and emotionally — with kindness and compassion, something begins to shift inside and in that space inner ease begins to unfold.
