Ready for a new year? Here is our New Years Resolution #1 for you:

Spending more time with yourself. Having a few hours a week just for you. Doing yoga, pilates, dance, any form of movement that makes you feel good!

To help you choose what version of me-time fits you, we offer FREE mini classes on the 20th of January. This way you can experience a little bit of everything!

From 14:00 to 17:00 you are more than welcome to join us for one or more of these mini classes (or all of them) and for some tea and talk 🙂

14:00 Doors open, welcome!
14:20 Session 1 – Slow Flow Yoga by Biddy (15 minutes)
15:00 Session 2 – Yogalates by Maya (15 minutes)
15:40 Session 3 – Vinyasa Flow by Maggie (15 minutes)
16:20 Session 4 – Aerial Yoga by Anne (15 minutes)

Practical info: wear comfortable clothes in which you can move freely. And most important, come with curiosity and leave with a smile, feeling happy and resilient.
