Yin Yoga will allow you to reduce stress, calm and balance body and mind. It can help you improve your flexibility and mobility. We‘ll work to free up the energy in the body, making your Organs happy.
What is Yin Yoga?
In Yin Yoga we move at a slower pace, holding poses for up to five minutes. Instead of heating up, we relax the muscles as much as possible. In these passive poses we can work the deeper connective tissues – tendons, ligaments and fascia.

Yin completes a more heating yang practice, such as Vinyasa yoga, running or weight exercise. In Yin we slow things down and turn inward. A wonderful antidote in today‘s fast-paced world.
