Join us for a Special Pilates Workout!
Pilates (in general) helps you rebuild and/or maintain a healthy body. You’ll get stronger, more sculpted muscles and gain flexibility. You will also reconnect to your emotional, physical and spiritual well-being.
During this extra long workout our Pilates Instructor, Barbara Mazzanti, who is also a dancer, will add some creativity and dance to the Pilates workout. Prior dance experience is NOT needed!
Join us to become more aware of your inner and outer beauty through core strengthening and dance.
The evening will end with a pleasant gathering, included some drinks and healthy snacks.
